Which method do you use when you see stereograms without any aid?

— Akiyoshi Kitaoka (@AkiyoshiKitaoka) October 30, 2019

I have produced an excel file (binocular-disparity-calculator03.xlsx) to calculate binocular disparity between two objects of different depths.
