"Snake polarizers"

Each disk appears to rotate. The center of each disk appears to scintillate. Moreover, if you keep blinking, disks appear to rotate quickly. The direction of the illusory rotation can be intentionally changed in which you prefer. This phenomenon resembles apparent movement.
